Good questions

What artwork do I need?
Anything works to start: a logo, a full design, or nothing at all (build it in the studio). For print we'll ask for 300dpi files with 3mm bleed; we supply the exact dieline with your quote and check every file before it runs.
Can I get samples first?
Yes, we can run short sample batches at the MOQ tier for most products, and unprinted material swatches are free with any quote. Just mention it in the notes when you request your quote.
How fast will I get my order?
Quotes come back within 24 hours. Once you approve the proof, production and delivery is typically 7–10 working days in the UK, slightly longer for worldwide shipping.
What are the minimum quantities?
MOQs start at 50 units for mailer boxes and 100 for most other lines (250 for agar labels). Unit prices drop steeply at 500, 1,000 and 2,500, and the studio shows live pricing per tier.
Can you match my exact size or a custom product?
Very likely. The studio covers our standard lines, but we source and print custom sizes, shapes and products all the time. Describe what you need in the quote notes and we'll spec it for you.
